Use of the Sophia KYC product by a customer is governed by a separate commercial agreement and a Data Processing Agreement.

By accessing this site, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the site.

These terms incorporate our Privacy Policy by reference.

The architectural reference to AWS, ECCTA, the EU AI Act, the FCA Consumer Duty, Companies House, and named third parties (e.g. Onfido, Sumsub, Open Banking) is for descriptive purposes only. We claim no affiliation with these parties and respect their trademarks.

The content on this site is provided for general information only. Nothing on this site constitutes:

• A contractual offer or binding commitment by us.

Quoted outcome ranges (for example, conversion uplift or operational cost reduction) are illustrative of what has been observed in comparable deployments. They are not a guarantee of results for any specific customer. Actual outcomes depend on starting conditions, deployment scope, and many factors outside our control.

References to the "earlier-generation platform in production at a UK tier-1 bank" describe prior work by Sophia's founder. Reference details are available to qualified prospects under a mutual non-disclosure agreement.

8. Confidentiality

Information you share with us through correspondence on this site — for example, about your current onboarding stack, regulatory timeline, internal projects, or commercial situation — will be treated as confidential and used only to evaluate whether and how Sophia might be of service.

For substantive pilot evaluation, we will sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before exchanging material non-public information.

This site may link to third-party websites (e.g. ICO, Companies House). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, security, or privacy practices. Following a link is at your own risk.

10. Availability

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
